Need Transcripts Sent to a Tech School, College, or Employer?

Need a Copy of Your Diploma to Prove You Graduated from AHS?

There are times when you will need an official copy of your high school transcripts sent to a school or an employer, or perhaps you need a copy of your diploma to verify that you graduated. We are happy to help!

However, please note that OFFICIAL transcripts cannot be sent to you. They need to be sent directly to the school or the employer. So please make sure you know where they should be sent so we can send them for you.

Amherst High School does not keep a copy of your diploma, but we are happy to verify graduation dates. Companies that request a copy of your diploma will usually accept a copy of your high school transcripts instead since transcripts have your official graduation date printed at the top.

If you graduated in 1994 or earlier...

Please send an email request for official transcripts to:

Merry Dudley at mdudley@amherst.k12.wi.us (June through August)

Please include the following information:

• Graduation Year

• Full Legal Name at time of Graduation

• Date of Birth

• Phone Number where you can be reached if there are any questions

For Transcripts being sent to a Tech School/University, please include:

• Name of School

• Mailing Address

• Name of contact person in Admissions Office (if you have been working with someone specific, especially if you are transferring schools)

For Transcripts being sent to an Employer, please include:

• Name of Employer

• Mailing Address

• Name of contact person in Human Resources or Business Office or a Supervisor who should receive the transcript

Transcripts requested during the week during the school year will be mailed out within 1-2 school days of receipt. Requests received during days where there is no school (e.g., Winter Break, Spring Break, inservice days) will be handled when school resumes. The High School Office is not open this summer due to construction, but emails will be checked each day Monday-Thursday.

If you graduated from AHS in 1995 to the present....

You must order your transcripts (official and unofficial) through Parchment, an online digital transcript service that is FREE for graduates of Amherst High School.
