Today we pause to remember the 2,977 people who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. We honor the first responders—firefighters, police officers, and paramedics—who courageously ran toward danger to save others. This day serves as a solemn reminder of the fragility of life and the immense strength of the human spirit. Let's take a moment to reflect on this tragedy and to honor the victims, their families, and all who have been impacted. It is a day to remember the importance of unity, compassion, and resilience.
