Free Meals for All Students

Changes to the Meal Program


Effective Monday September 21, 2020 free meals will now be available to all children enrolled in the Tomorrow River School District. The USDA has announced that it will waive all fees for school meals through December 31st 2020 or earlier if their funds run out. How will students get their free meal?


When Learning at School, breakfast will be Grab & Go from the café to be eaten in their classroom. Lunch will be in the café as usual. (Any additional a la carte items will be charged to your account when funds are available or can be paid with cash in line.)


When virtual or at home learning, a 5 day, 3 day or 1 day worth of Breakfasts & Lunches can be picked up on Monday between 8:00am-10:00am. These pick up meals have to be preordered by Noon the Thursday prior for each student receiving pick up meals. Please use the ordering form link: Meal Order Form. This form may also be found on the district website under Food Service Department. Order these meals for the days your student(s) are not on site. The meal pickup location is in the main ticket booth on the Northwest side of parking lot (A) by Heartland Farms Field.


Free meals will only be provided for scheduled school days. Meals will not be provided on holidays or scheduled days off.
