The Board of
Education reserves the right to declare a closed session pursuant to State
Statutes 19.85(1)(a)(c)(e)(f)&(i),19.86, 111.70, 118.21 and 118.22, for the
purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation and duties of a
public employee over which the School Board has jurisdiction and exercises
responsibility; deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the
investing of funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever
competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session; considering any and
all matters related to acts by businesses, if discussed in public could
adversely affect the business, its employees or former employees, negotiations,
principal’s salary, and consider issuance of teaching contracts for the 2010-2011 school
year.
