Greetings! My name is Caitlin Douglas. This is my first year teaching in the Tomorrow River School District. I am currently teaching 7th grade math, 6th grade computers, and 2nd through 5th grade computers. Working with this variety of grade levels has given me the opportunity to meet and work with a large number of students and staff. The experience has been wonderful so far!

I grew up in Scandinavia, WI and attended school in Waupaca, which is where I currently reside. I went to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and graduated with a degree in elementary education for grades 1 through 8 with an emphasis in mathematics education. After graduating, I had the opportunity to sub in various grade levels for a year before becoming part of the teaching team in Amherst.

As an educator, I believe that every child has the right to an education. I will plan and implement hands on and interactive lessons to engage and educate my students. I believe that every child is capable of learning and growing to achieve their full potential. I will do my best to provide them with the learning opportunities and experiences to do this.
