Welcome to the Team!

Background:

I grew up in Phillips, WI, where I helped my parents on a small dairy farm.  After high school I went to UW-River Falls and earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education.  My first teaching job was as a long-term substitute for a first grade class in the Hudson School District.

When I'm not teaching I keep busy by kayaking, fishing, reading, and coaching.  I am currently one of the high school basketball coaches for the Lady Falcons and spent last year coaching the freshman team.  I also coach baseball and spent last spring and summer coaching elementary, middle and high school baseball.  Go Falcons!!
